The amount of lime added is generally 10% to 30%, and its function is to stimulate the active components in the water slag to generate calcium aluminate hydrate and calcium silicate hydrate. If the amount of lime added is too small, the active ingredients in the water slag will be difficult to fully stimulate; if the amount of lime mixed is too large, the geological drill pipe will cause the cement to set abnormally and the strength will decrease. Lime slag cement can be used for various concrete preforms for steam curing, unreinforced concrete and industrial and civil construction mortar in water, underground, pavement, etc. (2) Production of slag bricks and wet-rolled slag concrete products ①Slag bricks, which are made by adding a certain amount of cement and other cementitious materials with water slag, after stirring, forming and steam curing are called slag bricks.
